Hi OpenAI team,
I’d love to suggest a feature that I believe could make ChatGPT incredibly powerful for content creators and small businesses: full video generation directly inside ChatGPT conversations.
I already use ChatGPT to develop content ideas, hooks, marketing angles, scripts, CTAs, scene planning, and images. The only missing step is being able to turn all of that into a finished video without leaving ChatGPT.
For example, I would love to say:
“Create a 15-second Instagram Reel for this beauty product. Start with a strong hook showing the problem, demonstrate the product, show the result, and finish with a CTA.”
Then ChatGPT could understand the strategy we already developed together and generate the complete video — with realistic scenes, movement, transitions, text, and possibly voice or music options.
What would make this especially valuable is context and continuity. ChatGPT already understands the brand, audience, content style, previous campaigns, and goals from the conversation. Most video-generation apps only receive a single prompt, so users have to explain everything again.
A workflow like:
Idea → Strategy → Script → Images → Video → Final Reel
all inside one conversation would save creators a huge amount of time and could make ChatGPT a complete creative workspace instead of requiring several different apps.
I genuinely use ChatGPT more than other creative AI tools because the planning, understanding, and creative direction are much stronger. Adding integrated video creation would make that experience even more complete.
I hope your product team considers something like this. I would absolutely use it.
