For the last 2 weeks, the Assistant API with the code-interpreter tool has not been working properly. All of our user requests with file analysis are facing Internal error responses.
I have reported the bug, and following the Open AI status page, they mentioned that they found the issue and applied the fix, but it’s never resolved.
Our customers are churning, and we are losing revenue because of this. If this issue doesn’t get solved completely, we move our works to Anthropic or somewhere.
Is anybody facing the same or resolving it on their own?
