Found a loophole, an overreach issue

Hello openai team! This is a serious security issue! see

I gave other friends a key to test gpt4, and then all the organizations on my account disappeared. I suspect that it was hacked and exceeded the permission of key, but all the organizations have been lost, and the account of the lost organization is w496075145@gmail.com. I hope you can help me find out the cause and conduct self-check.
