I ask a prompt question and the AI pulls random information from my documents and does not answer the actual first question. If I ask the question a second time, it responds appropriately. However, If I start a new thread, same thing. I tried to fix it with the AI builder and instructions, but it continues to do the same thing. Can anyone help with this?
