I am in Debt collection Industry , I want to finetune a GPT40-mini model to create a persona of a very skillful, professional and compliant debt collection agent who knows how to properly negotiate, probe and convince consumer to pay their outstanding balance. I have thousands of “Agent-consumer” conversation. But I am stuck with the finetuning task , below is the two dataset format for finetuning for just one conversation. which one is correct ? I have doubt in formatting the dataset for finetuning to build a persona of professional debt collector calling agent.
