Is there a fee to keep a model I have finished creating?
I would also like to know if there is a fee to retain the data used for training.

Costs are incurred when fine-tuning, depending upon the size of the dataset, and when consuming the fine-tuned models.

Additionally fine-tuning is free for eligible models through Oct 31, 2024 upto 1M free training tokens per day on GPT-4o and 2M free training tokens per day on GPT-4o mini.

There’s no fee for retaining the created finetuned model AFAIK.
