Feature request: Support multiple Gmail/Google Workspace account connections in ChatGPT, with per-chat and per-Scheduled-Task account selection

I use ChatGPT with Gmail and Scheduled Tasks for automated email monitoring. I have multiple Google Workspace Gmail accounts, but ChatGPT currently allows me to authenticate only one Gmail account.

I’d like to connect multiple Google accounts simultaneously and select which Gmail connection a particular chat or Scheduled Task is permitted to use. For example, one scheduled task could monitor my business mailbox while another independently monitors my personal mailbox.

Google Gmail delegation doesn’t solve this because delegated mailboxes accessible through the Gmail web interface aren’t exposed through ChatGPT’s Gmail connector.

Ideally, Gmail connections would work similarly to named data sources: Gmail — Account A, Gmail — Account B, etc., with the selected account explicitly assigned to each Scheduled Task.

+1 — this would be extremely valuable for our company as well. We use several Google Workspace email accounts across our business, and being limited to a single Gmail connection significantly restricts how effectively we can use ChatGPT in our day-to-day work.

A large part of our business history and operational context lives in email: customer projects, quotations, orders, supplier correspondence, technical discussions and logistics. These conversations are naturally distributed across different team members’ mailboxes.

ChatGPT becomes considerably more useful when it can search previous correspondence and understand the full context of a project. At present, however, it can only see the portion of that history contained in the one connected mailbox. This means we cannot reliably ask questions such as “What have we ordered from this supplier recently?”, “What was agreed with this customer?” or “What is the current status of this project?” when the relevant correspondence is spread across several company accounts.

Supporting multiple Gmail/Google Workspace connections — ideally with the ability to search selected accounts together — would turn ChatGPT into a much more powerful company knowledge and operational assistant for small businesses like ours.

We would make extensive use of this feature and would very much welcome its prioritisation.

Yes! Desperately needed for any business using multiple gmail accounts. To truly use connectors, being limited to 1 account is a bottleneck and turns users away.

One additional use case raised here that I agree would be extremely valuable is allowing a chat to access more than one selected Gmail connection when appropriate.

For example, a user might normally scope a chat or Scheduled Task to Gmail — Business, but for a particular research task select both Gmail — Business and Gmail — Personal, or several company mailboxes, so ChatGPT can search the relevant correspondence across those accounts.

Ideally the user would explicitly control which connected accounts each chat or task can access rather than having every Gmail connection automatically available everywhere. That would provide both flexibility and clear account separation.
