I have two paid ChatGPT subs, one for my personal use and the other for work.
I create custom GPTs using both accounts. For obvious reasons I’d like to ensure that my custom GPTs are separated by account.
It would be great if the app had an account switcher utility recognising the fact that there are plenty of legitimate reasons why users may hold more than one paid account.
An easy account switch like Gmail has on Android would be ideal. I have a personal account and work account and need to keep content separate between the two.
This will become increasingly important as companies adopt the Enterprise version. Particularly to encourage proper data protection, since users are more likely to use the correct account if they don’t have to go through the burden of signing in/out all the time.
I only just started using the mobile app recently. And thought of this feature almost immediately. Decided to search about it today and just found out that it was requested exactly this time last year.
This is a must, please. Y’all should implement this already
FWIW, the way I’m coping with this right now is to use my secondary ChatGPT login via a separate browser profile. That way I stay logged in to both accounts and the cookies stay separate (but still has the downside of being separate profiles, windows of tabs, etc).
