I’d like ChatGPT to provide a secure cloud workspace that connects generated documents, source libraries, project communication, and access management.
My use case is producing documents and research source libraries in ChatGPT. I want those outputs automatically saved to my personal cloud library, with persistent links connecting documents to their supporting sources.
Requested features:

File-level access controls: User-specific permissions, expiration dates, revocation, and a secure “Request access” process.

Delegated administration: Owners should be able to delegate access management to designated ChatGPT Work team members or system administrators.

Integrated email with project-specific addresses and aliases: Unique, user-defined email designations for each project, making it clear where correspondence belongs and routing messages and attachments into the appropriate project workspace.
These capabilities would connect research, document creation, secure sharing, and project communication within one workspace.
