When ChatGPT is being actively used on one device, response notifications should not be pushed to other devices.
For example, if I submit a message through the desktop web interface, receiving a push notification on my Android phone when ChatGPT responds is redundant and distracting.
Ideally, response notifications would be sent only to the originating device, with sensible fallback behaviour if that device is no longer active.
This should be configurable independently of other notifications, such as reminders and scheduled tasks.
