Feature Request: Add Message Queue to Chat Mode

Please add message queue support to Chat mode.

Work and Codex already support queuing messages while a response or task is still running, but regular Chat does not.

Chat should also allow users to submit new messages while ChatGPT is generating, queue them in order, and optionally edit or delete queued messages before they are processed.
