Hi OpenAI Team,
I have a suggestion that I believe would greatly improve the user experience in ChatGPT — adding a keyword search feature within chat history.
Many of us use ChatGPT for deep conversations, idea generation, planning, and decision-making. These chats can become quite long. Later, when I need to revisit a specific part of the conversation, it’s difficult and time-consuming to scroll through the entire chat to find one paragraph.
A simple search bar for keywords (just like WhatsApp or Notion) would make it super easy to locate any part of the conversation instantly. This would save time, improve productivity, and help users treat ChatGPT more like a digital second brain.
Please consider adding this in a future update. It would make a huge difference!
