Feature Request: Ability to see processing/indexing file stage for an assistant

It’d be great to see the process stage for file indexing when we add a new file to an assistant while using the Assistant API.

Is there a way to understand Assistant completed the index/process of the file?

I’m trying to add the file to my assistant by using Assistant API, and then I’m trying it on Playground. Even if my file status looks “Ready,” my assistant replies to my question like: “I will need to review the file you uploaded in order to provide you with the most accurate information about our products. Let me take a look at the file.” And sometimes, like: “I don’t have access to the document you uploaded,” etc. And if I wait for a few minutes, it can answer questions correctly from the …
