Feature Request: Voice ID / Voice Lock for ChatGPT. I would like an optional Voice ID security feature. Users should be able to register their voice securely, and when using Voice Mode, ChatGPT should verify the speaker. If someone else picks up the user’s phone, the system should require extra authentication before granting access to sensitive personal info or private conversations. This feature should protect against voice recordings, replay attacks, and voice impersonation. An anti-spoofing or liveness detection mechanism should be included. Voice Lock needs to be completely optional, with alternative methods like device biometrics or passkeys. As ChatGPT becomes more personalized, I believe Voice ID could add a valuable layer of privacy, security, and fraud prevention.
