False (Content Violation) on every First Message (This content may violate our usage policies)

For the past few weeks, the first message I send in ChatGPT always triggers a false violation warning: (This content may violate our usage policies).

I’m on the ChatGPT Plus plan, and it happens with models: (4.5) (4.0) (4.0 Mini) and (4.0 Legacy)

It’s the same on all my devices-Android and multiple PCs.

I get around it by sending the same message twice. The first gets flagged, but the second goes through and then it works correctly.

Has anyone else run into this or figured out how to fix it?

I just figured out what’s causing the false violations on my account. I don’t know exactly which one it is, but apparently there’s a really bad memory up in there. When I set the Memory option to ‘off’, the false violations stopped triggering. Guess the system doesn’t like my sense of humor or something.
