I kep getting this error after i try to start a new conversation. Even after I refresh multiple times.
Have cleared cache, tried a different browser, logged in and out ect.

A different browser indicates to me that it is nothing about local DOM storage of the browser itself.
I can only assume you’re showing us a ChatGPT message. Not the “API” category for developers.
Not knowing what “cache/conversation-history” is being reported on in that error message, or what control you have, you could try a few things under your control like disabling memory and custom instructions in settings, and trying again.
Otherwise, this is an account issue to report to the help assistant icon, lower-right on help.openai.com. Background info about what you are doing and where, your subscription status, would help the communication.
