Facing 429 Despite Not Being Anywhere Near Limits

Our service is receiving 429 errors despite being nowhere near our limits.

  • Requests work locally, but do not work in production.
  • If we switch to a new server, it works momentarily then seems to stop again.
  • The error seems to be sent by Cloudflare on the OpenAI endpoint

Is anyone else still facing this issue? We are going on 5 hours of downtime now. Having a huge impact on our production services.
