I am trying to extract text from a PDF that contains handwritten text on all pages. I have attempted to use GPT-4 for this task, but it has not provided satisfactory results. Could anyone suggest a better approach or tool for extracting handwritten text?

I had the same problem with ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. The others, Copilot, Claude, Deepseek, Mistral and Llama said they could ever try to extract text from a photo of a handwritten text.
My solution, which may not work at all for you, was to get my students to read their handwritten essay aloud recording what they said using Turboscribe.ai
This enabled them to get feedback on their writing from ChatGPT as Turboscribe has a link to it in the options.
