Existing OpenAI cases remain stalled after multiple escalations

I am requesting that a live OpenAI representative review my existing cases, 13599118, 14168294, and 14873968, and make sure they are with the people who can actually move them forward.

OpenAI Support has told me that my concerns received a specialized review, that portions of the matter were moved through the product behavior and customer feedback process, that the matter remains within the Informal Dispute Resolution process, and that Case 14873968 was escalated to a support specialist. I have now been told more than once that my concerns were reviewed, routed, or escalated, but I still have not been told what came from those reviews, who is currently responsible for the matter, what happens next, or how the underlying failures are being corrected.

What is especially concerning is that I am now experiencing institutionally something very similar to what I originally reported about the system itself. The failure is identified and acknowledged, but the correction does not hold in operation, leaving the affected person to keep following up and carrying the process. In my work, I describe the burden created by that pattern as transferred enforcement burden.

I would be greatly grateful for a live OpenAI representative to review the existing record connected to these case numbers and move the matter through the avenues that are already in place.

I also keep thinking about how many users never make it this far. Not everyone knows how to preserve records, follow case numbers, navigate support systems, or find this Community. How many people have experienced significant harm, started the reporting process, became discouraged by delays or repeated redirection, and simply stopped?

OpenAI has avenues for reporting, review, escalation, and dispute resolution. Users who enter those processes should be able to reach the justice and accountability those avenues are meant to provide without having to carry the entire process themselves.
