Hi, I tried to fill the submission form and in the MCP Server section i got this error when click “Scan Tools”. [image] In the network log it said bad request (400) [image] Does anyone know what is the issue? Thank you

I’m assuming it’s on OpenAI’s end as when I click Scan Tools on a previous in progress submission, it works, but any new submissions don’t work. May have to give it some time.
