Thanks for the reply. Here is some more info:
I’ve submitted the same mcp server url before and it previously worked
I can add the same mcp server url right now on the ChatGPT app Developer mode and it adds correctly.
I’ve tried creating a new submission and other public mcp server urls and they all give me the same internal service error

No, but I emailed support
it seems like it was due to the tool name containing a “.”
My tools names don’t contain the word : ”tool” and it is still failing the scan.
Same issue for me any luck?
