Apps SDK - All my Apps /connectors disappeared

I’m facing an issue where when I click “Create,” a new app/connector is successfully created. However, after connecting them, they don’t appear in the list, and I can’t select them in the chat. Furthermore, all my previously added connectors disappear as well. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I’m using ngrok to connect to my local environment, and I can see the request while connecting to the app

Here as well, deployed a new version of my mcp server tried to refresh, authenticated and shows success connecting but never appears to use

Here too, unfortunately having the exact same issue was working yesterday. I’m also using ngrok to connect an app.

Also seeing the same issue. Happened around 12 hours ago, then it resolved itself earlier today. Now it is happening again. Some kind of outage?

I also ran into this ~3pm pst today. “Error fetching connectors”

also experiencing the same

Same here. I just figured out why JS and CSS stopped loading when using localhost after updating Chrome to version 142, and now nothing works at all. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

also ngrok user here. My connectors disappeared as well, but when I try to create them, I get “Error fetching connectors” even though on the ngrok side I see openai making calls to the mcp server and the data returned is fine.

Just started today for me. I get a brief flash of “Error fetching connectors” and then it goes to my oauth. But when the oauth dance finishes, there’s no connector.

Same here. Does anyone know what happened and how to solve it?

Added a bug report on discord too. Not sure if they check these but will keep an eye on it.

Same here. I have excited this issue since last night.

I have checked recently and the error has fixed but my created connecter can’t display in the chatgpt .

No, it’s not fixed.. simply no error is shown.

I’m on Plus and having the same issue — my custom connectors don’t show up at all.
Any workaround or temporary fix yet?
