I have created an Assistant through Playground and I have attached a json file to File Search (through a Vector Store). When I check the file status by clicking the Vector Store icon the system shows me a “Failed” status under Uploaded Column.
Then I have asked to the assistant what is the content of the json I have uploaded. The attributes and data are different from the ones I have uploaded!!! I think that the assistant was reading another file 
I have checked out the content of the json I have uploaded but it is completely different from the information the assistant has retrieved from the file.
Has someone encountered this same error or something like that?
