I am doing o3 response requests ( both chat and stream ) with web search. This is working fine and o3 happily makes requests but some of the web_search_call payloads returned are empty ( there is no query ). This is very sporadic. In many cases I never get empty payloads and sometimes I do.
Is this an API bug of some sort? Am I being charged for these web search calls.
Overall this is not a huge issue but it makes the interface look a bit broken.
