Does DALL-E3 interpret numbers in prompt?

I am trying to create a small garden template for a Yard of say 4 meters wide and 7 meters long.
Prompt :
A small yard of dimensions 4 meters wide and 7 meters long with a beautiful garden. The garden features various plants, including colorful flowers, shrubs, and small trees. There are well-maintained flower beds with a mix of annuals and perennials. Include a cozy seating area with a small table and two chairs. There is a small vegetable garden in one corner with raised beds. A birdbath is placed in the center, surrounded by vibrant blooms. Solar-powered garden lights are placed strategically to create ambiance in the evening

Which makes me think that DALLE doesn’t necessarily intrepret numbers in prompt?
I have though modified the prompt using adjectives like ‘narrow’ , ‘tiny’ .

Hello, Welcome.

Dall-E is not very good in counting. It can not place correct amounts of objects in a scene, or subdivide a image in given grid of X Y amount. I found no way to get this done. I think it needs a bug-fix and update i a later version.
