Do threads and empty vector stores cost money?

Title. I have a huge amount of threads and I think there is no convenient way to delete them. I also have a bunch of vector stores that has no file attached to it.

Do they cost money?

To confirm, if the vector stores has no file attached, it should not incur any cost, correct?

If you’ve created an empty vector store, I do not imagine that would have any cost, or if it does it would be negligible.
