Ah. Does anyone know if there’s also a way to disable this on the mobile app? I disabled it on my computer, but it’s still appearing on my mobile, and I don’t see a comparable toggle in settings. I hope there is one. If there’s not, there needs to be.

Was your original post referring to when ChatGPT appends a question to the response, suggesting new ways to go down a line of questioning? Or was there some other kind of explicit UI element that appears to show Follow Up suggestions? Because if we’re talking about the former, disabling the setting …

Yes @slhodak , that’s the same problem I’m talking about. I was able to eliminate them via my web browser - but as far as the mobile app goes, they still appear, and are highly annoying.

I am having the same issue on Android and it’s driving me insane.

The lack of response from developers here has been disappointing.

Hi - this still occurs incessantly despite turning off the feature in the IOS app. It drives me insane - I have tried everything to turn it off. Even when it promises not to do it it still does it. Please make sure the feature actually works because it doesn’t.

I have this unticked, the follow suggestion thing, but they STILL keep asking follow up questions every single time!

its not their fault many users just copy , paste gpt output ,they are not trying to summarise or edit gpt response to remove un wanted words like dear open ai team …..
