We currently develop a legal document analysis tool heavily relying on fine-tuning of older models. Any chance to know more about the delays to access fine-tuning of GTP3.5-turbo and how to access it?

I don’t think there’s been any updates since the initial announcement which said “later this year”.
The fine-tuning models for 3.5 and 4 should be available by the end of the year.
They are not available now, but they will definitely be available for a significant amount of time prior to the deprecation of the older fine-tuned models.
Fine-tuning of 3.5 is now available
