Anyone else having Deep Research quota/reset issues?
Support told me my full access would reset on March 26, 2026, but I’m still being shown the lighter-version warning and now it says reset on April 17.
So either the counter or the reset date on my account is wrong. I’m trying to see if this is affecting other people too.
the reset date just keeps shifting, I am never getting non-lite/non-light/full/strong version of Deep Research, This is the third month in a row that my Deep Research quota hasn’t reset so I am unable to use the full version of deep research. Support said it should reset every 30 days from first use, but my account still keeps showing the lighter-version warning instead. Is anyone else dealing with this?
