What this actually means and how long the flagged prompts related to policy, security and safety are kept are kept after account deletion
Welcome to the Community and thanks for raising this, @Sunny12. Normally, deleted account data is removed within 30 days. However, prompts or account records connected to policy violations, fraud, safety, security, or legal obligations may be kept longer.
The policy does not give a fixed retention period for flagged prompts. It says the period depends on why the data is needed, its sensitivity, potential risks, and any legal requirements.
