DALLE-3 Missing From Options

I have three different accounts with CHATGTP and I am not able to find the DALLE 3 on any info them I’ve emailed support to no avail can someone please tell me what’s going on?

You go to your account with the Plus subscription and then to the customizations where you can turn on image generation as a feature.
