Customer Support Chatbot Answers not stopping despite END parameter

How to create the training dataset ?
If somehow we created the dataset to start the conversion is it necessary to pass summary as well as specific information for each prompt ?
Also \n\n===\n\n Do we need to insert these symbols each time ?

Despite stop is provided as parameter it keep on asking same question and giving responses to it .

You want to use this as a marker in your dataset so that you can later use it as a stop word… Does that make sense? Have you checked out fine-tuning best practices?
