Hi,
Just thinking that it might be helpful to use ChatGPT as an agent to help users mangage feature requests and get exactly the technical support that they need on the Help site – in conjunction with being able to speak to a human representative of the company.
I have used ChatGPT in my desktop version to ask for Technical Support questions and have gotten far more thorough answers and better support from it than what I can find on the Help page.
And ChatGPT 4o really rivals the help that I am getting from the Technical Support staff at OpenAI and ChatGPT as a whole.
Why not add ChatGPT functionality to the Feature Request pages and the Help and Technical Support pages to help users learn how to use the products better and help them over come any technical issues, errors, and hurdles faster?
I am still wanting genuine human support and easier access to that support than the current methods of submitting a ticket through the Chat bot. But this could give us something far better than the current chatbot and give us better service with actual human techs as well.
