I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue with ChatGPT across different versions. Often, when I request simple tasks—such as drafting an email about a survey deadline—the AI initially generates a response, but then immediately deletes it, displaying a message that my request may violate policy.
This happens even with completely standard, everyday topics that shouldn’t trigger any content restrictions. As a result, I often have to take quick screenshots to retain the response before it disappears.
I’d appreciate any insight into what might be causing this issue and whether there’s a way to prevent it. If this is a glitch, is there a fix or workaround available?
