My chatgpt, paid version, keeps crashing and is unable to reload and takes forever to provide an answer. I tried cleaning my cache, opening anonimous page, but nothing solves it. When I use it without signing in to my paid acount, it works better…

Does this happen in every chat or just in some chats? And are you using the mobile app or desktop via browser? I am using DALL-E a lot and chats with several hundred messages and at least 200 images are sometimes barely usable, take up hundreds of MB of RAM. Newly started chats are fine, however, of course, they do not have the memory of previous chats. When I am using the (iOS) app instead there are no performance issues.
