Connection Configuration Breaks for Custom MCP Server in Playground

When integrating a custom MCP server with “Access Token / API Key” authentication in the Playground, the connection works initially and tools are available. However, after refreshing the page or reopening the prompt, the connection configuration is lost and tools cannot be loaded (see attached screenshots).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set up MCP integration with API Key/Auth Token.
  2. Access tools successfully.
  3. Refresh or reopen the prompt.
  4. Connection breaks and tools are unavailable.

Expected Result: Connection and tool configuration should persist across page refreshes or prompt reopenings.

Actual Result: Configuration breaks, and tools fail to load after refresh/reopen.
