i have to spin my scroll wheel at mach 10 to scroll up and down. windows 11, version 0.162.1 of codex CLI, windows powershell. right before the update i could scroll normally
also scroll bar on the right doesnt exist. when i hover over the right side of terminal it shows the scroll column, but theres no bar that can be clicked on and dragged
