I would like to use codex cli but as for today when I run codex login it fails because I have an enterprise account, when will it be available for enterprise?

I suggest you reach out to someone in your organization who can provide you with an API key and a budget until this question is resolved, hopefully for good.
But the Data API features are not available in the Enterprise Subscription? Any way to enable them?
