Bug Report: Duplicate Chats Displayed in Projects View (Web, Desktop)
Summary:
When accessing ChatGPT via desktop web browser, I encounter duplicated chat entries under the “Projects” tab. The same chat appears multiple times with identical dates and content.
Steps to Reproduce:

Open ChatGPT in a desktop web browser.

Navigate to any project.

Observe the chat list — multiple entries are repeated with the same timestamp and content.

Refreshing the page does not resolve the issue.

I also attempted clearing the browser cache — no change.
Expected Behavior:
Each chat should appear only once in the project view.
Actual Behavior:
Chats are duplicated, making it hard to identify the correct or latest version of a conversation.
