Chatkit UI Dashboard tracking

Hey guys!

just had a quick question, for that I cannot find a response…

Is it possible to replace things like Voiceflow or Convocore with the new Chatkit UI etc. Like that you could use it to track conversations as well and have a dashboard. Maybe also whitelabel that dashboard? :slight_smile:

ChatKit work by reading specific events from the configured URL. Those platforms would have to implement the specific message format and event stream to work with ChatKit.
