I have had severe problems with ChatGPT Team and have tried to liaise with their support team several times. They either do not help effectively or do not reply. Presently, my ChatGPT Team cannot provide real-time information and cannot directly analyse attachments. I have a one-year subscription that seems unuseable.
All this has resolved itself with the introduction today of 4.0.
I’m back to being unable to access real-time information and unable to directly access or analyze attached documents. I have, many times: logged out and into my ChatGPT Team account, cleared my cache, refreshed the page, disabled VPN, tried different web-browsers, tried an incognito browser, liaised with Open AI’s bot, sent screenshots and umpteen emails to support. Support replies erratically, sporadically and sometimes after days - often a different person each time - and never solves the problem.
