ChatGPT Team Lite: Shared Organizational Intelligence for Small Businesses

Hello OpenAI Team,

My name is Victor Padilla, founder of Icon Studio, a creative agency based in Mexico.

ChatGPT has become one of the most valuable business tools my company uses every day. However, while using it with a small team, I noticed a significant market opportunity that may affect millions of businesses worldwide.

Today there is a gap between individual subscriptions and enterprise solutions.

This gap affects millions of micro and small businesses that are too large for a single-user workflow but too small for enterprise-grade solutions.

Millions of micro and small businesses operate with teams of 2–5 people. These businesses often need:

• Individual user profiles
• Separate chat histories
• Independent memory
• Shared organizational knowledge
• Shared documents and workflows

Currently, many small teams either share a single account or pay for multiple individual subscriptions.

I would like to propose a new category called:

CHATGPT TEAM LITE

The goal is not simply to offer a cheaper plan.

The goal is to create Shared Organizational Intelligence for small businesses.

Each team member would maintain their own identity, memory, and conversations while contributing to a shared company knowledge base.

This would allow small organizations to build a persistent AI-powered organizational memory that grows over time.

Potential users include:

• Creative agencies
• Design studios
• Consultants
• Accounting firms
• Real estate teams
• Music production studios
• Family businesses
• Entrepreneur partnerships

I believe this could become a powerful bridge between personal AI and enterprise AI while opening a significant growth opportunity for OpenAI.

I would love to hear feedback from the community and the OpenAI team.

Would a product category between Personal and Enterprise AI be valuable for your business as well?

Thank you for your time.

I have also prepared a detailed strategic proposal and would be happy to share it if there is interest from the community
