I recently upgraded to ChatGPT Plus, and it worked perfectly for a month. However, when it expired, and I tried to renew it, I was charged $20, but my account still shows as a free account on the dashboard. When I visit the Subscription management page, it shows that I am using the Plus account, and my invoices are paid successfully, but the dashboard is not updating, and I am unable to access the paid features. I have attached a screenshot of the issue.
Can anyone help me with this problem? I have already tried to contact support, but I am unable to find any email or live chat option.
