My suggestion:
Offer a personalized subscription for each Turkish citizen at $9 USD/month.
The subscription should require registration with the Turkish ID number, allowing only one subscription per citizen to prevent abuse.
Corporate / business users continue with the current $20 USD/month pricing.
This project could potentially receive government support, providing societal benefit while expanding OpenAI’s user base in Turkey.
