I’m using the paid pro version, using o3 o4 mini high and GPT 4 to do python and javascript coding up a straight forward app (using the projects version) and it is having some serious issues that just seem to be getting WORSE!

Constant circular fixes, attempts to fix something, fails, try’s something new, breaks it, apply’s previous non working fix, fails, then does the same thing again, breaking it, and around around we go. - This has gotten really bad over the past couple of weeks.

Says reasoned for XYZ Seconds and then does nothing, and does this regularly.

It has copies of the full source code of my files and a BA document, it often ignores the contents of the source code documents

it has started for the past couple of days, when i ask it to fix an error, it starts referring back to old conversations, or the BA attachment document and then starts asking what I want to do next in the application.

refuses to focus on the task at hand. I’m clearly asking it to deal with an error and it immediately drifts off into another topic about what to do next when building an app.
These are super frustrating errors to be dealing with and it seems to be getting REALLY BAD over the past 2 weeks.
