Over the last 18 months I have noticed that every time there is an update in some way, that GPT starts having trouble. It begins to get simple instructions wrong. I wouldn’t say that it gets dumber, the quality of output is still there (that’s a discussion for another thread). It juts has trouble linking to things that it didn’t have trouble with before.
It happened juts before voice and pictures came out in 2023. Again the same thing before 4o was released. Now it is doing the same thing.

As every model is slightly different, this is actually a quite normal behaviour. Gpt-4o in particular has a different architecture than the previous models, hence some of the changes in model behaviour are more material.

I have observed that GPT4 versions are much slower and to finish a simple task its talking close to 7 to 10 min.
this is the pattern i noticed after i switched to Premier Version
