I’m int he same boat and I tried to open up a support ticket and trying to navigate getting someone to look at the issue is beyond frustrating.
Same issue, “Export Successful!” displayed on the screen. Using a gmail backed account and this was working 3 weeks ago and now it is not.
Anyone had any luck?
UPDATE: Just like that they all appeared after emailing support that they weren’t working.
Also, I did purge about 30+ chats that were no longer useful. Unsure which one got the job done.
