Since 19 Aug Evening i can’t upload any attachments to my chatgpt plus add in of excel once i do it logs me out immediately to the screen of continue with chatgpt … i’ve tried many things include changing the network, removing cache , reinstalling the add in and so on … i really tried many things and also i’ve tried to attach from other accounts but it still the same … everything is fine and all tasks are good until i attach something and then it logs me out … me and my work totally broken since that … Help Please

Since you’ve already tried changing networks, clearing the cache, reinstalling the add-in and testing other accounts, it might be worth contacting OpenAI Support so they can investigate this further. You can contact them through Help.
