ChatGPT available on-premise?

Hello,

I would like to know if ChatGPT is available as the on-premise solution or there is a plan to make it available as the on-premise solution?
I was able to find an “on-prem solution” where we can call your API from our custom app but this is still not a full on-prem solution.

Nothing available currently. It’s either OpenAI API’s, or OpenAI on Azure Cloud. These models take an incredible amount of resources to run

There are many requests to build on-premise chatgpt due to security issues though.
