My MacBook is running macOS 15.2 (24C101) with an M2 CPU. Version of atlas is 1.2025.288.13.
When I use ChatGPT Atlas, it takes 20 to 30 seconds for ChatGPT to respond, and then it shows this error: “getNodeByIdOrMessageId - no node found by id,” as shown in the image:

Yes, I can reproduce the issue consistently. I’m using ChatGPT through the Microsoft Store app on Windows, and the error appears almost every time, not only in large conversations or chats with many attachments, but even in very small ones.
As requested, I’ve attached a screenshot of the error, which occurred at 10:04 AM on November 16th, 2025 (Italian time).
If needed, I can also provide the full error ID shown in the screenshot.
Unfortunately, this is becoming quite frustrating: the app keeps glitching, and I have to switch to another chat and then come back every 2–3 messages just to make it work again.
There’s also another recurring problem: some chats don’t load at all (completely blank screen), even if they contain only around ten messages.
